As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked closely with youth and families navigating complex challenges. Through that work, I have seen firsthand what happens when young people age out of care without the guidance, resources, and stability they need. Too often, they are expected to immediately function as independent adults without ever being given the tools to do so.
But I’ve also seen something else — resilience, strength, and potential that simply needed the right environment to grow.
This organization was built on the belief that when young people are given support, structure, and opportunity, they don’t just survive — they rise.
